PROCESSING TIMES

• All packing of orders will be done in house by us, Jake and Ottie. We aim do get your orders out as fast as possible. Please keep in mind we live 1.5 hours apart and are together to record the podcast 2 days per week, Tuesday and Wednesday. These two days will be the day the majority of the orders will be packed at our studio.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that courier tracking updates may take a few days to reflect.

• As of right now we are unable to give an estimate on shipping times. But we assure you your order will get to you!
